UV printing on promotional products
UV printing places a full-colour image directly on a suitable product and cures the ink with ultraviolet light. It is useful for detailed logos, photographs and gradients on power banks, notebook covers and flat cards. A white underbase improves visibility on dark or transparent products.

When is this method suitable?
Check surface shape, printhead clearance and ink adhesion before production. UV printing does not automatically make an item dishwasher-safe or scratch-proof. Varnish is a separate finishing option. In the calculator, select a format large enough for the entire design and choose CMYK, white plus CMYK, or white, CMYK and varnish.
Artwork and production preparation
Send the original artwork, product link or model, final dimensions and placement. For vector logos, use PDF, AI, EPS or SVG with fonts converted to outlines. Photographs need sufficient resolution at the final size. We check fine details and colour reproduction and agree any file corrections before starting.
