Pad printing on promotional products
Pad printing transfers ink from an etched plate to the product using a flexible silicone pad. It is well suited to compact logos on pens, keyrings and other hard promotional products. Each colour requires its own preparation, so repeated designs become more economical as quantities grow.

When is this method suitable?
Curved surfaces can often be printed, but the product shape, fixture and ink adhesion limit the image area. Very fine text must be checked at actual size. Compare UV printing for photographs and gradients, or screen printing for larger simple graphics. A saved plate may reduce repeat-order preparation, subject to a suitability check.
Artwork and production preparation
Send the original artwork, product link or model, final dimensions and placement. For vector logos, use PDF, AI, EPS or SVG with fonts converted to outlines. Photographs need sufficient resolution at the final size. We check fine details and colour reproduction and agree any file corrections before starting.
