Round screen printing on bottles, cups and pens
Round screen printing applies ink through a stencil while a suitable cylindrical product rotates beneath the screen. It is used for clear solid-colour logos on selected bottles, cups, pens and other round promotional products. The printable area depends on the diameter, surface, taper and any handles or other obstructions.
What should you check before ordering?
A flat-surface screen printing price cannot automatically be applied to a curved product. Each colour needs a separate screen and careful registration. Full wraparound designs, tapered shapes, small text and coated surfaces need a technical check. Glass and ceramic products may require a compatible ink and curing process. Dishwasher resistance must be confirmed for the actual item and decoration.

Artwork and production preparation
Send the original artwork, product link or model, final dimensions and placement. For vector logos, use PDF, AI, EPS or SVG with fonts converted to outlines. Photographs need sufficient resolution at the final size. We check fine details and colour reproduction and agree any file corrections before starting.

When should I choose another process?
For small logos on irregular shapes, pad printing may be more suitable. For multicolour images and gradients, consider compatible UV printing. Laser engraving can be suitable when a surface contrast is preferred to an ink colour. Send the product link and final artwork so the method can be matched to the item.
