Sublimation printing
Sublimation uses heat to transfer special dyes into polyester or a suitable polymer-coated product. It produces a colourful image without a conventional thick surface film and suits light polyester textiles and mugs manufactured for sublimation.
What should you check before ordering?
An ordinary uncoated mug or cotton shirt is not automatically compatible. Sublimation does not print white, so the base colour influences the image. The mug calculator applies to printing on a standard compatible coated mug. Unusual formats, shapes and textiles require a separate quotation. Care instructions depend on the product coating.

Send the original artwork, product link or model, final dimensions and placement. For vector logos, use PDF, AI, EPS or SVG with fonts converted to outlines. Photographs need sufficient resolution at the final size. We check fine details and colour reproduction and agree any file corrections before starting.

What determines the final price?
The product, material, artwork dimensions, quantity, decoration positions and setup affect the price. Different designs, special effects, packaging and artwork corrections are quoted separately before production.
When will my order be ready?
Lead time depends on product availability, artwork approval and the production schedule. Include your event date, quantity and delivery destination so we can confirm a realistic deadline.
