Withdrawal notice

If you wish to submit a withdrawal notice, send an unambiguous notice by email to logo@logo.ee.

Please include

• your name;
• your email address;
• the order or contract number;
• a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract;
• additional information, if desired.

For goods bearing a logo or other personalisation, Logo.ee will assess separately whether the right of withdrawal applies. A statutory exception may apply only to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised where the legal conditions are met. The consumer’s rights concerning defective, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
