Textile embossing and rhinestones
Technology and applications
Filled embossing forms a raised logo in fabric. Transfer-assisted embossing combines volume and colour; high-frequency embossing uses a mould and polymer. Dies increase setup cost and the fabric must have a suitable structure. Fine details can disappear in the relief. Rhinestones form a sparkling design from crystals, but friction and intensive washing may loosen them. The interaction between transfer colour and relief should be checked with a sample.

How do I choose a marking method?
Send the logo as AI, SVG, EPS or vector PDF. For photographs use at least 300 dpi at final print size only where the technique supports images. Lettering must remain legible at actual size; negative detail means an unprinted line or letter within a printed area.
Care: for textiles prefer washing inside out at up to 30°C, avoid bleach, tumble drying and ironing directly on the marking, unless the product requires stricter care. For drinkware prefer hand washing; dishwasher suitability needs confirmation for the item and decoration.
For a suitable solution, send the product code, quantity, logo, desired marking size and deadline. Price depends on the product, area, colours, setup and quantity. Special finishes require a product-specific check and, where necessary, a sample; the picture illustrates the technique rather than guaranteeing compatibility with every item.
