Can I see an artwork visual before production?
Yes. We prepare a visual showing the logo position and size for your approval before production.
How long do promotional products take to produce?
Timing depends on the product, quantity, branding method, stock availability and deadline. We confirm the applicable delivery time in the quotation.
Do you deliver promotional products outside Estonia?
Yes. We arrange delivery within Estonia and to other European countries according to the order.
Do you deliver promotional products to Tallinn, Tartu and Pärnu?
Yes. We arrange delivery to Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu and other locations in Estonia. The method and timing are confirmed in the quotation for the chosen product, quantity and branding.
Can one campaign be delivered to several destinations in Estonia and Europe?
Yes. We can plan shipments from one order to multiple addresses in Estonia and elsewhere in Europe. The conditions for each destination are set out in the quotation.
Is there a minimum order quantity for branded products?
The minimum quantity depends on the specific product and branding method. We check the relevant conditions and state the suitable quantity in the quotation.
Which logo file format should I send?
A vector logo in AI, EPS, SVG or PDF format works best. If you only have a PNG or JPG file, send it for review.
What information do you need for a tailored quotation?
Tell us the quantity, budget, required date and delivery location, and attach the logo if available. If the product is undecided, describe the recipients and intended use.
Can you coordinate product selection, branding, packaging and delivery?
