Avira Ara is a 500 ml vacuum bottle with a fliptop lid and a straw, designed for sport and busy days. It works well for sports clubs, events and companies that want to give staff a quality everyday bottle. It is a business gift that does not end up in a drawer but gets used every day.

Material: recycled stainless steel

The body is made of RCS-certified recycled stainless steel, with a polypropylene lid; recycled content is 85% of the total item weight. RCS (Recycled Claim Standard) means the recycled content is independently verified throughout the supply chain. It does not mean the product is 100% recycled – the percentage tells you exactly how much is. The lid is leak-proof, so the bottle can go straight into a bag. According to the manufacturer the product is BPA free. For every Avira Impact product sold, the manufacturer donates 2% of proceeds to Water.org. It is supplied in FSC®-certified kraft packaging that can later be reused as a phone holder, pencil pot or flower pot.

Insulation and everyday use

The fliptop lid opens in one move and the straw lets you drink without tipping the bottle – handy on the treadmill, on the bike or in the car. The carry handle makes it easy to grab, and according to the manufacturer the 8 cm bottle fits most standard car cup holders. According to the manufacturer, the double-wall vacuum construction keeps drinks cold for up to 15 hours. Actual times depend on the starting temperature, how full the bottle is and how often it is opened. Wash by hand only – the bottle is not dishwasher or microwave safe.
