Question 1

Which branded pen works best for a high-volume campaign?

Accepted Answer

For a large run, shortlist pens by total branded cost, printable area and realistic lead time. Plastic ballpens often offer broad colour choice, but writing comfort, mechanism and refill quality matter if the item is expected to stay in use.

Question 2

Which writing instrument suits a client or employee gift?

Accepted Answer

A metal ballpen, rollerball or boxed writing set creates a more premium gift. Compare weight, finish, refillability and presentation, then choose a discreet print or engraving method that complements the surface.

Question 3

Should I choose a plastic, metal or wooden pen?

Accepted Answer

Plastic commonly suits campaign quantities, metal supports a longer-lasting premium feel, and wood or paper-based barrels can fit a defined material brief. Also compare grip, balance, weight and the evidence behind any environmental claim.

Question 4

Is printing or laser engraving better for a logo pen?

Accepted Answer

Printing is useful for coloured or larger artwork, while laser engraving gives many metal surfaces a restrained, durable mark. Full-colour availability, colour count and maximum branding area remain specific to the selected pen.

Question 5

Can individual names be added to writing instruments?

Accepted Answer

Many metal pens can be individually laser engraved, but variable-data availability, price and minimum quantity vary by item. Supply the names in the agreed format and approve them together with the placement proof before production.

Question 6

Can I choose the ink colour and use replacement refills?

Accepted Answer

Some models are available with blue or black ink and selected pens accept a standard replacement refill. Check the refill type, line width, estimated writing length and future refill availability because these details are not universal.

Question 7

Does the displayed price include branding and VAT?

Accepted Answer

A category or product figure may be the undecorated base price, and Logo.ee prices are generally displayed without VAT. The final cost depends on model, quantity, branding process, colours, print area and packaging; the approved quotation confirms the complete amount.

Question 8

Can I see a sample or logo proof before production?

Accepted Answer

A digital artwork proof showing position and size is normally approved before the run. An undecorated or decorated physical sample may also be available, but its cost and delivery time depend on the exact product and should be agreed separately.

Question 9

What is the minimum order and how long will delivery take?

Accepted Answer

There is no single minimum or turnaround for the whole category. Model, stock, quantity and branding method all affect the order; include the required quantity, event date and destination in the enquiry for a realistic schedule.

Question 10

How can I verify a recycled or FSC material claim?

Accepted Answer

Check the product-specific material statement, certificate scope and permitted product claim rather than relying on colour or a broad eco label. The official FSC claims checker explains FSC 100%, Mix and Recycled claims.

Question 11

What should I check when ordering crayons or pencils for children?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the intended age, warnings, labelling and relevant conformity documents; colouring articles intended for play may fall under toy requirements. For capped writing instruments, ISO 11540 describes cap requirements intended to reduce asphyxiation risk.
