Frequently asked questions
What does the Eco Products category mean on Logo.ee?
It is a catalogue grouped by material and product attributes. Any environmental statement must be checked against the selected model and its documents rather than inferred from the category name.
How do Eco Products differ from Sustainable Promotional Products?
Eco Products is the broader material-led catalogue. Sustainable Promotional Products is a selection guide for comparing usefulness, lifespan, evidence, branding and procurement goals.
Which materials are available in eco promotional products?
Depending on the model, options may include recycled plastic, aluminium, paper, cotton or polyester as well as wood, bamboo, cork and mixed constructions. The exact composition is product-specific.
How can I verify recycled content?
Check the material composition, stated recycled percentage and scope of certification on the product record. Ask Logo.ee for supplier documentation or transaction evidence when it is relevant to the claim.
Is a bamboo, wood or cork product automatically eco-friendly?
No. A material name alone does not prove a lower overall impact; construction, added materials, lifespan, transport, packaging and credible evidence also matter.
Can an eco product be branded with our logo?
Yes, most products can be printed, engraved, embroidered or marked by another compatible method. The final option depends on the material, surface, artwork and available branding area.
Which branding method is best for an eco product?
It depends on the surface and intended use. Print often suits paper and textiles, engraving can suit metal or selected wood, and embroidery can suit certain fabrics after a product-level check.
What are the minimum quantity and price?
MOQ and price vary by product, colour, stock, quantity and branding method. Send the required quantity, budget, artwork, destination and deadline for an exact quotation.
How long does delivery take?
Lead time depends on stock, branding, quantity and destination. For a fixed event, share the final required date and allow time for artwork approval, production and transport.
Can I approve a sample and artwork before a larger order?
Yes, digital artwork is approved before production. Physical sample availability, price and timing depend on the selected item, stock situation and project schedule.
How can a company avoid greenwashing when choosing products?
Use specific, supportable wording and state a material, percentage or certification only within the evidence provided. Prioritise a useful, durable product over a broad green slogan.
