A day with COCOA
Morning coffee, afternoon tea, evening cocoa – the stainless steel interior does not pick up odours or flavours, and the plastic outer shell stays comfortable in the hand. The transparent AS lid with a sliding opening keeps the drink covered and reduces splashes, but it is not leak-proof. The manufacturer lists the mug as dishwasher safe. Because of the metal interior it is not microwave safe. No hot-hours figure is published.
Material and construction
The inner wall is 90% recycled and 10% virgin stainless steel, the outer shell is recycled polypropylene (PP) and the lid is AS plastic. The manufacturer states a carbon footprint of 1.165 kg CO₂ per product. Branding options

Can COCOA go in the microwave?
No – the inner wall is stainless steel, and metal must not go in a microwave.
Is the lid leak-proof?
No. The sliding lid keeps the drink covered and reduces splashes, but do not carry the mug on its side.
Will the print survive the dishwasher?
The mug is dishwasher safe; to extend the life of a printed logo we recommend a gentle programme or hand washing.
