Colorado Extra Large is a 30-inch golf-style umbrella with a 132 cm canopy diameter – enough to cover two people, or one person with a backpack and laptop bag. Automatic opening, a fibreglass frame and water-repellent pongee make it a practical companion for any autumn weather.

Large canopy and fibreglass frame
The canopy is water-repellent 190T pongee; its 132 cm diameter is noticeably larger than a standard 23-inch umbrella. The frame and shaft are fibreglass, which is lighter than metal and flexes in gusts. The manufacturer does not describe the model as storm-proof or publish a wind rating. Weight 620 g – reasonable for such a large canopy, but it will not fit in a handbag.
Ease of use
It opens with an automatic telescopic mechanism and the soft foam handle stays comfortable for long periods. A Velcro strap keeps the closed umbrella neat.
