Question 1

Which branded electronics make good promotional gifts?

Accepted Answer

Match the product to the recipient and setting. A power bank or charging cable suits people on the move, a wireless charger or computer accessory fits a desk, while a compact USB drive, speaker or smart accessory can work for events and onboarding packs.

Question 2

What should I compare when choosing a branded power bank?

Accepted Answer

Compare rated capacity in mAh, output power in watts, ports, dimensions, weight and the devices that need charging. A larger mAh figure does not automatically mean faster charging, and usable energy is lower than the stated cell capacity.

Question 3

Will a wireless charger work with every phone?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. The device must support the charging standard used by the charger, and alignment can also depend on the case, magnetic attachment and cover thickness. Check compatibility and charging output in the specification of the exact model.

Question 4

How can a logo be added to an electronic product?

Accepted Answer

Common options include pad printing, UV or digital print, laser engraving and, on selected models, an illuminated logo. The best method depends on the casing material, shape, colour, branding area and artwork; a placement proof is approved before production.

Question 5

Does the displayed price include branding and VAT?

Accepted Answer

A category or product price may be the undecorated base price, and Logo.ee prices are generally shown without VAT. The final amount depends on the item, quantity, branding method, number of colours and print area, so compare the complete quotation rather than one unit figure.

Question 6

What is the minimum order quantity for promotional electronics?

Accepted Answer

There is no single category-wide minimum. It varies by model, stock position, supplier and branding process; the product details or a tailored quotation will confirm the orderable quantity for the selected option.

Question 7

Can I approve a sample or logo proof before ordering?

Accepted Answer

For many products, a digital branding proof can be approved before the full run, and it may be possible to request an undecorated or decorated sample. Availability, cost and timing are product-specific and should be agreed before production.

Question 8

How long does delivery of branded electronics take?

Accepted Answer

Lead time covers stock confirmation, artwork preparation, proof approval, branding and transport. There is no universal turnaround, so include the event date, quantity and delivery destination in the first enquiry.

Question 9

Which safety and compliance documents should I request?

Accepted Answer

The relevant documents depend on the device type, radio features, battery and destination market. Where applicable, request the product-specific EU declaration of conformity, test reports and battery or transport documents; CE is not a general quality badge.

Question 10

How should an electronic promotional gift be recycled?

Accepted Answer

Do not place electrical equipment or batteries in mixed household waste. Follow the markings, remove a battery only when the instructions allow it, and use an appropriate local collection point; the official EU guide to the WEEE label explains the crossed-out wheeled-bin symbol.
