Glass or plastic – what to consider
The bottle is made of soda-lime glass: it is taste-neutral, does not absorb odours and is easy to clean. On the other hand, glass is heavier than plastic (net weight 336 g) and can break if dropped – which is exactly why the soft neoprene pouch is included. The bottle is leakproof but not suitable for carbonated drinks. EU requirements for food-contact materials are set out in Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004.
The pouch as a second print surface
The neoprene pouch is more than protection: its 55 × 100 mm area can carry a logo or message that travels with every user. For example, put a small logo on the bottle and a bigger campaign message on the pouch.

The front of the bottle takes a logo up to 30 × 80 mm, and a round screen print can wrap up to 150 × 90 mm around it. The lid can carry a small logo (side 20 × 10 mm, top 30 × 30 mm). Pad printing and laser engraving suit the glass, and digital transfer printing suits the pouch. Method and size are confirmed on a proof before production.
