H2O Active® Base 650 ml dome lid sport bottle & infuser with logo
Sunday morning yoga is over, the mats are rolled up and every participant takes along their own H2O Active® Base bottle with cucumber and mint in the infuser. Small rituals like this stick in the memory – and so does the studio, spa or company logo printed on the bottle.
Flavoured water all day long
Filled in the morning, the 650 ml bottle accompanies the whole working day: the infuser gives the water a light flavour without sugar, and the dome lid with push-pull spout lets you drink with one hand while the other is busy. In the afternoon simply top it up with water. In the evening the infuser comes out and both parts are washed by hand.
Material and construction
The bottle is made of recyclable PET plastic and the lid of PP and TPE plastic. It has a spill-proof screw-on dome lid with a push-pull drinking spout and a removable infuser for berries, citrus slices or herbs. It is a single-wall bottle, so it is not insulated and is intended for cold drinks. BPA-free, made in the United Kingdom. According to the manufacturer the bottle is not dishwasher safe – wash it by hand with warm water and a soft brush. Plastics in contact with food are regulated in the EU by Regulation (EU) No 10/2011; background on bisphenol A is available from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
Adding your logo
Your logo can be applied with round screen printing and digital 360° wrap print. The maximum wrap-around print area is 210 × 75 mm, and round screen printing allows up to 4 colours. Digital 360° printing suits full-colour artwork and gradients that screen printing cannot reproduce. Indicative lead time after proof approval: round screen printing approx. 12 days; digital 360° wrap print approx. 15 days. The final logo size and position are confirmed on a digital proof before production. How do I use the infuser?
Fill the infuser with berries, citrus slices, cucumber or mint, place it in the bottle and top up with cold water. The flavour develops over time. The infuser can be removed for cleaning; wash the bottle and infuser by hand after each use.
Is the bottle leakproof?
The manufacturer describes the lid as spill-proof. With the flip top or spout closed and the lid screwed on firmly, drinks should not splash out; when carrying it in a bag, it is still best kept upright.
Which print method should I choose?
The maximum print area is 210 × 75 mm around the bottle. Available methods: round screen printing and digital 360° wrap print. Round screen printing suits logos with one to four colours, while digital 360° printing suits full-colour designs. The final size is confirmed on the proof.

What does "recyclable PET" mean?
According to the manufacturer the bottle is made from recyclable PET, meaning it can go into plastic recycling at the end of its life. It does not mean the bottle is made from recycled plastic. The manufacturer packs it in a recycled PE bag.
