H2O Active® Base 650 ml flip lid sport bottle with logo

H2O Active® Base is an ergonomically shaped 650 ml sport bottle with a one-hand flip top in its screw-on lid. Simple and easy to print, it suits everyday drinking at the office, at school and in training.

Material and construction

The bottle is made of recyclable PET plastic and the lid of PP plastic. It has a spill-proof screw-on lid with a flip top that opens and closes with one hand. It is a single-wall bottle, so it is not insulated and is intended for cold drinks. According to the manufacturer the bottle is not dishwasher safe – wash it by hand with warm water and a soft brush. BPA-free, made in the United Kingdom.

Adding your logo

Your logo can be applied with round screen printing and digital 360° wrap print. The maximum wrap-around print area is 210 × 75 mm, and round screen printing allows up to 4 colours. Digital 360° printing suits full-colour artwork and gradients that screen printing cannot reproduce. Indicative lead time after proof approval: round screen printing approx. 12 days; digital 360° wrap print approx. 15 days. The final logo size and position are confirmed on a digital proof before production.

Available colours: Transparent / Solid black, Transparent / White, Transparent / Blue, Transparent / Red, Transparent / Lime, Transparent / Aqua blue, Transparent / Green, Transparent / Orange and more (32 options in total). Bottle and lid colours can be mixed and matched, so the bottle can follow your company, school or club colours.

The maximum print area is 210 × 75 mm around the bottle. Available methods: round screen printing and digital 360° wrap print. Round screen printing suits logos with one to four colours, while digital 360° printing suits full-colour designs. The final size is confirmed on the proof.

How should the bottle be cleaned?
According to the manufacturer the bottle is not dishwasher safe – wash it by hand with warm water and a soft brush. This also keeps the logo looking good for longer.

Will the bottle fit a bike bottle cage?
The bottle diameter is 7.35 cm. Most standard bike cages are designed for bottles of about this diameter, but we recommend checking your specific cage before a large order.

Is the bottle made from recycled plastic?
According to the manufacturer the bottle is made from recyclable PET, meaning it can go into plastic recycling at the end of its life. It does not mean the bottle is made from recycled plastic. The manufacturer packs it in a recycled PE bag.

Check the specific product specification and valid evidence. FSC, GRS, OEKO-TEX or other claims do not automatically apply to an entire category; request evidence for the selected product when needed.
