Question 1

What is a small promotional giveaway?

Accepted Answer

It is a compact branded item handed out at a trade show, event, campaign or client meeting. A good giveaway is relevant to the audience, easy to carry and useful enough to keep the brand visible after the event.

Question 2

Which items work for high-volume distribution?

Accepted Answer

Keyrings, lanyards, stress items, magnets, badges, small openers and sweets are common choices. The right item depends on the recipient, unit budget, distribution setting, branding area and transport needs.

Question 3

How should we choose giveaways for a trade show or event?

Accepted Answer

Use three levels: an economical handout for most visitors, a more useful item after a qualified conversation and a higher-value follow-up gift for priority contacts. This keeps budget and intent aligned.

Question 4

Can a logo be added to a very small item?

Accepted Answer

Usually, provided the item has enough suitable surface for the selected process. Readability depends on shape, material, colour, print area and artwork detail, so the final solution must be checked for the specific item.

Question 5

Which branding method suits small giveaways?

Accepted Answer

Pad printing often suits small or curved surfaces, UV or digital printing supports colour artwork, and laser engraving works on suitable metal or wood. Material, surface, colour count, durability and quantity determine the best option.

Question 6

What is the minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

The minimum is product-specific and may also vary by branding method. Check the product page or request a quotation; bespoke production or individual packaging may require a higher quantity.

Question 7

What determines the price, and is branding included?

Accepted Answer

The final price can include the item, quantity, branding process, colours or engraving, artwork preparation, packaging and delivery. The displayed product price may exclude branding, so review the quotation line by line.

Question 8

Can we approve artwork or order a sample first?

Accepted Answer

A digital artwork proof is normally approved before branding starts. Physical sample availability, cost and lead time depend on the item; mention the need early for a large order or custom colour.

Question 9

How quickly can small giveaways be delivered?

Accepted Answer

Lead time depends on stock, quantity, branding, artwork approval and destination. Express production must be confirmed for the selected item, and the fixed event date should be included in the first enquiry.

Question 10

What safety and material information should we check?

Accepted Answer

Checks depend on the item and user. Products for children, food contact, cosmetics, electronics or ignition can have different requirements, so ask for materials, warnings, instructions, economic-operator details and relevant compliance documents.

Question 11

What information is needed for an accurate quotation?

Accepted Answer

Send the item idea or link, audience, quantity, unit or total budget, logo file, colours, packaging, destination and final delivery date. Add the use setting and any special condition, such as a children's event or air travel.
