Single-wall recycled steel
The bottle is made from RCS-certified recycled stainless steel: according to the manufacturer, certified recycled steel makes up 68% of total product weight. The body is powder-coated for a matt, grippy finish. The RCS standard verifies recycled content across the supply chain but does not mean the product contains no plastic. The manufacturer's CO₂ estimate is 1.27 kg CO₂e (benchmark 1.67 kg).
Use and limitations
This is a single-wall bottle – not a flask – so it does not keep drinks hot or cold. It is intended for water and other room-temperature or cold drinks. The lid has a carry handle that doubles as a lock, keeping the bottle fully leakproof according to the manufacturer. At 32.5 cm tall and 7.1 cm in diameter it is tall and slim, so it slides easily into a backpack side pocket. Hand wash only; not dishwasher or microwave safe. Bottles are delivered in polybags and bulk cartons, not gift boxes. Nordic Drift gives a 5-year warranty on manufacturing defects.
