PLA double wall tumbler made from corn, 350 ml, with logo
BEIBAKU is a 350 ml double-wall tumbler whose body is 100% PLA – a bio-based plastic made from corn starch. It suits companies that want plant-based rather than oil-based feedstock, for example for sustainability campaigns, training days or employee welcome packs.
The leak-free lid makes it easy to take from desk to car. Explore more branded giveaway in our range.
What PLA is
PLA (polylactic acid) is produced from plant starch – here, corn. It reduces fossil feedstock, but PLA does not break down in a home compost; it needs industrial composting. The lid is PP with a TPR seal inside. The manufacturer declares compliance with EU food-contact rules (Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004); the declaration of conformity is in the documents section.
Use and care
The double wall keeps the outside comfortable and slows cooling, but no hot/cold hours are published and it is not described as vacuum insulated. The lid is leak-free according to the manufacturer. No washing guidance is given; as PLA softens at high temperatures, we recommend hand washing and no microwave use.
Branding options
Full-colour digital 360° printing gives the largest area (up to 270 × 114 mm) and handles photos and gradients. Simpler logos can be pad printed (1–8 colours, up to 35 × 40 mm) or round screen printed in one colour up to 180 × 45 mm. Final size and placement are confirmed on a proof.
