This 400 ml mason jar with a sublimation coating, bamboo lid and stainless steel straw is made for full-colour designs: a logo, photo, pattern or event visual all around the jar. It suits festivals, summer parties, cafés and smoothie bars, drinks brands and personalised gifts – branded products that stand out from a distance.
Sublimation coating and full-colour print
The jar is made of soda-lime glass with a special sublimation coating (transparent white, frosted look). Sublimation printing allows full-colour artwork up to 220 × 80 mm – the inks bond into the coating rather than sitting on the surface. Alternatives are 360° digital printing up to 239 × 80 mm (full colour), one-colour round screen printing up to 190 × 50 mm, or side pad printing up to 35 × 45 mm.
Lid, straw and everyday use
A bamboo lid and a stainless steel straw are included, so the jar is ready for lemonade, iced tea, smoothies and cocktails. The bamboo lid (up to 40 × 20 mm) can be laser engraved, pad printed or fitted with a digital label or 3D doming. According to the manufacturer the glass jar is dishwasher and microwave safe – remove the lid and straw before microwaving and wash the bamboo lid by hand. Bamboo is natural, so the lids’ shade and size may vary slightly.
Safety and documents
The EU declaration of compliance refers to food-contact regulation (EC) No 1935/2004. The documents section also contains food-contact and performance test reports. The lid is not leak-proof, so the jar is not meant to be carried in a bag.
