What is the difference between a beach flag and a feather flag?
A beach flag is usually a rounded teardrop shape, while a feather flag is tall and narrow with a straight or curved edge that keeps your text high and readable. Both are printed in full colour and mounted on a flexible pole.
Can an advertising flag be used in windy weather?
Yes, if the shape, size and base are chosen for the conditions. In windy spots a smaller flag with a heavier base or ground spike is safer; in very strong wind the flag should be taken down.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Many flags and roll-up banners can be ordered from a single piece, while some items such as table flags have a higher minimum. The exact quantity is confirmed in the quote.
Can I choose single-sided or double-sided printing?
Most flags, banners and stands are available single- or double-sided. On a single-sided flag the reverse shows a mirror image; a double-sided version reads correctly from both sides.
How is the artwork approved?
Before production we send a digital proof showing dimensions and logo placement. Production starts only after your written approval.
Are poles, bases and bags included in the price?
It depends on the product: some prices cover the printed fabric only, others include the full kit with a carry bag. The quote always lists exactly what is included.

How quickly can event displays be produced?
Lead time depends on the product, quantity and how fast the proof is approved, and it is confirmed in the quote. For a trade show or event it pays to order early.
Which base suits a beach flag on grass?
On grass and sand a ground spike pushed into the soil works best. On hard surfaces use a plate or cross base with a water bag or weight.
Which base keeps a flag stable in windy weather?
In windy locations heavy rubber or concrete bases of up to 40 kg are the most stable. With a lighter base, add a water bag or weight.
Can I order a broken pole section separately?
Yes, top, middle and bottom pole sections and tips are available separately. Choose by pole material and diameter (for example aluminium ø18, 25 or 28 mm, steel ø20 mm).
Is the flag included with the base?
No, bases and accessories are sold separately and the flag is ordered as its own product. A rotator is included with most bases.
How are logo mats priced?
Logo mats are priced per square metre with a minimum of 1 m². Width goes up to 200 cm and length is chosen to suit your space.
Can a logo mat be washed?
Yes, logo mats with a nitrile rubber backing are machine washable at up to 60 °C. The velour promotional mat can be vacuumed.
Which table flag stands are available?
There are beech wood bases with 1–4 poles as well as single wooden and metal stands. Pennants and table flags are ordered separately.
Is a pump included with the inflatable advertising column?
No, the pump and power supply for the inflatable column are separate accessories. You can choose a hand pump or a 600 W or 1000 W electric pump.
