Director's chair cover

The folding director's chair is a classic at trade show stands, film sets and sports events – light, quick to open and with a large branding area on the backrest. This product family covers the chair accessories: cover, side bag and armrest. They are sold as separate items so you can upgrade chairs you already own or pick exactly the extras you need with a new order. A well-equipped branded chair is as memorable as good promotional gifts – it is in constant use and visible in photos.

Which chair the accessories fit

The accessories are designed for our folding director's chair. The frame is ø22 mm steel with a black finish, and the hinged legs and arms let the chair fold compactly for transport. The chair weighs 5.25 kg; according to the drawing it is 865 mm high with a footprint of roughly 515×580 mm. The Premium version has a padded black Cordura 450 g/m² backrest with a white PU-foil imprint on both sides; the Deluxe version has a full-colour printed polyester knit seat and backrest.

Cover, side bag and armrest

The side bag attaches to the side of the chair and keeps a phone, folders, a water bottle or brochures within reach – especially handy at a stand or on set, where table space is always short. Armrests make longer sitting more comfortable and give the chair a finished look; black Cordura armrests and a side bag are available as options. The cover is an option for the Deluxe chair. The exact shape, colour and fixing of each accessory are confirmed in the quotation to match your chair version.

Ordering and quantities

Each accessory is a separate product, and the price table shows volume prices. If you are ordering new branded chairs at the same time, we recommend adding the accessories to the same quotation so the whole set matches and arrives together. Logo.ee can help you choose the right version and design the backrest print; delivery time is confirmed in the quotation.

Frequently asked questions

What is a custom-made promotional product?
A custom-made promotional product is manufactured or adapted to a brand-specific brief. Depending on feasibility, the shape, dimensions, material, colour, components, packaging and branding position may all be specified.
How is bespoke production different from adding a logo to a stock item?
A stock item already exists and receives a suitable print, engraving or other decoration. Bespoke production changes the item itself, so it normally involves more development, a different minimum quantity and a longer planning cycle.
What should a brief for a custom product include?
Include the product idea or reference, intended use, audience, quantity, budget, delivery date, dimensions, preferred materials and colours, plus the logo files and relevant brand guidelines. A complete brief reduces avoidable revisions.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom-made products?
The minimum quantity varies with the product, material, production process, tooling and factory. For a small run, adapting an existing product may be more practical than commissioning a fully bespoke manufacture.
How is the price of a bespoke promotional item calculated?
Cost can include product engineering, materials, sampling, moulds or tooling, production setup, branding, packaging, quantity, inspection and freight. A reliable quotation follows agreement on the technical specification.
Can I approve a sample or prototype before production?
Often yes: the approval step may be a digital visual, a pre-production sample or a functional prototype. Availability, cost and timing depend on the project, and the agreed sample should be approved before the full run.
Which parts of a custom product can be personalised?
Options may include the shape, size, Pantone colour, material, fittings, labels, packaging and logo treatment. Not every combination is technically or commercially workable at every order quantity.
How long does custom promotional product production take?
Lead time covers design checks, sampling, approval, manufacturing and transport. There is no single standard duration, so share the fixed event or delivery date at the start of the enquiry.
Which artwork files are required for custom production?
Vector artwork such as PDF, AI or EPS is normally preferred, together with colour references and brand rules. The chosen process determines the final file requirements, and a layout proof should be approved before production.
How are safety and compliance checked for bespoke products?
Requirements depend on the product type, material and intended use. Agree the necessary tests and documentation in the brief; the EU guidance on CE marking also clarifies that CE marking is mandatory only for product groups covered by specific EU rules.
