Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a beach flag and a feather flag?
A beach flag is usually a rounded teardrop shape, while a feather flag is tall and narrow with a straight or curved edge that keeps your text high and readable. Both are printed in full colour and mounted on a flexible pole.
Can an advertising flag be used in windy weather?
Yes, if the shape, size and base are chosen for the conditions. In windy spots a smaller flag with a heavier base or ground spike is safer; in very strong wind the flag should be taken down.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Many flags and roll-up banners can be ordered from a single piece, while some items such as table flags have a higher minimum. The exact quantity is confirmed in the quote.
Can I choose single-sided or double-sided printing?
Most flags, banners and stands are available single- or double-sided. On a single-sided flag the reverse shows a mirror image; a double-sided version reads correctly from both sides.
How is the artwork approved?
Before production we send a digital proof showing dimensions and logo placement. Production starts only after your written approval.
Are poles, bases and bags included in the price?
It depends on the product: some prices cover the printed fabric only, others include the full kit with a carry bag. The quote always lists exactly what is included.
Can Logo.ee help with the design?
Yes. Send us your logo and brand colours and we will prepare the print file and proof.
How quickly can event displays be produced?
Lead time depends on the product, quantity and how fast the proof is approved, and it is confirmed in the quote. For a trade show or event it pays to order early.
What is the difference between a velvet cushion and a microfibre cushion?
A velvet cushion (330 g/m²) has a thicker, softer surface and suits interiors such as offices and hotels. A microfibre cushion is lighter and works well as a gift or travel pillow.
Can a printed cushion be used outdoors?
Yes, if you choose the outdoor version with waterproof polyester fabric. Velvet cushions and standard indoor cushions are meant for indoor use.
Is the whole product printed?
Usually yes – cushions, towels and neck gaiters are printed all over. Whether both sides of a cushion can carry different designs is confirmed per product.
How is the design approved?
We send a digital proof before production, and production starts only after your approval. Logo.ee can also help prepare the artwork.
Does a stretch table cover fit any table?
Stretch covers are made for rectangular tables and round cocktail tables. Dimensions are confirmed in the quote to match your table.
Are poles included with the beach windbreak?
Yes, the windbreak comes with the printed fabric and beechwood poles, in a 4-pole or 5-pole version.
Do the textiles have fire-safety or OEKO-TEX certificates?
Some do – for example, B1 certification is available for bean-filled cushions and the stretch table cover, and some cushion fabrics and fillings are OEKO-TEX certified. We confirm this for the specific product in the quote.
