Frequently asked questions
What does “made in the EU” mean for a promotional product?
It means that the product’s origin is supported by relevant manufacturing carried out in an EU Member State. The exact country and evidence still need to be checked for each model.
Are “made in Europe” and “made in the EU” interchangeable?
No. Europe includes countries outside the European Union. If an internal policy or tender requires EU origin, ask for the specific manufacturing country rather than accepting the broader wording.
Is an EU-made promotional item automatically more sustainable?
No. Location alone does not prove a lower impact. Materials, energy, production method, useful life, packaging and transport all matter and environmental claims require separate evidence.
Why choose a promotional product manufactured in the EU?
EU origin may match procurement criteria, supply-chain preferences or brand positioning. It should still be assessed alongside fitness for use, quality evidence, availability and total cost.
Which EU-made corporate gifts are available?
The live range may include reflectors, textiles, accessories and card holders. Availability changes, so use the current product list and confirm the manufacturing country before ordering.
Can an EU-made item be branded with our company logo?
Usually yes, but the available area and technique depend on the material and model. The recommended method and artwork position are confirmed in a proof before production.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum varies by product, factory and branding process. A stocked standard item may allow fewer units than a custom colour, special manufacture or bespoke packaging.
How is the price of a branded EU-made product calculated?
Price depends on the item, quantity, material, number of print colours and positions, artwork work, packaging and transport. Compare quotations using an identical specification.
How long do production and delivery take?
Timing depends on stock, manufacturing country, quantity, proof approval and decoration. State the required arrival date in the first enquiry so feasibility can be checked.
Can we see a sample or visual proof first?
A digital proof is normally approved before production. The availability, price and lead time of a physical sample depend on the chosen product and factory stock.
How can we verify that a product is genuinely made in the EU?
Request the country of manufacture and supporting origin information in writing. Keep manufacturing, assembly, warehousing and logo decoration separate when reviewing the evidence.
