Sullivan is a classic 750 ml steel vacuum flask whose top lid doubles as a drinking cup and whose pour spout opens at the push of a button. Companies usually order it for field crews in construction and maintenance, drivers in logistics and transport, outdoor clubs and winter event teams – anyone who needs several cups of hot drink during the day without a coffee shop nearby. The silver steel body and plain shape make it a neutral corporate gift for clients, partners or an employee winter kit.
Materials: steel body, polypropylene inner parts and a silicone seal
According to the manufacturer's materials table, most of the 395.6 g weight is the steel body (303 g); the lid and base are steel too. The plastic parts are polypropylene – one listed as an inner lining (30.6 g), the other as a plastic lid (16 g) – and the gasket is silicone. So the flask is not plastic-free, even though the outer shell is metal.
The double wall with a vacuum slows heat transfer in both directions, so it works for hot coffee and tea as well as cold water. The manufacturer does not publish a number of hours, so we do not promise one: the result depends on the starting temperature, how full the flask is, how often it is opened and the ambient temperature. Pre-rinsing with hot water helps drinks stay warm longer.
This model contains no recycled material (manufacturer states 0%). If recycled content is a tender requirement, the manufacturer offers a separate Sullivan version in RCS-certified recycled stainless steel.
Push-button spout, cup lid and care
You don't need to unscrew the stopper to pour: the spout opens with one hand and closes automatically when the cup lid is screwed back on. 750 ml fills roughly three to four cups. The manufacturer does not declare the flask leakproof, so carrying it upright with the lid fully tightened is the safest option in a bag.
Dishwasher suitability is not confirmed in the manufacturer's data – the manufacturer refers to the washing instructions in the manual supplied in the box. For vacuum flasks, hand washing with warm water and mild detergent is the safest choice; avoid soaking the body.

The manufacturer does not publish a figure. Vacuum insulation keeps drinks warm far longer than a single-wall bottle, but the exact time depends on filling, opening and ambient temperature.
