How the tracker works
The tracker is paired with the phone through the Apple Find My or Google Find Hub app, and its location is then shown in the same app. The round tracker disc (36.8 mm in diameter) sits in a teardrop-shaped holder with a long loop. Thread the loop through a bag handle, key ring or suitcase grip and the tracker stays securely in place. Two colours are available: white and black. Both are neutral and look right on an office worker's laptop bag as well as a frequent traveller's suitcase.
Replaceable battery and IP65 protection
LONG Dual Tag has a replaceable battery with a service life of about three years, according to the supplier. When it runs down, the battery can be swapped instead of throwing away the whole device – which noticeably extends the life of your gift. The IP65 rating means the tracker is protected against dust and water jets, so rain or a wet bag will not harm it; it is not designed to be submerged. At the end of its life, take the tracker to an electronic waste collection point and the battery to a battery collection bin.
Logo branding
The maximum print area is 17 × 17 mm, which suits a logo mark or a short name. The logo price in the price table includes a 1-colour print in one position. The final method – pad printing or UV digital printing – and the exact placement are confirmed before production with a digital proof.
