Custom printed beach windbreak 4 m, 5 poles, polyester 115 g

A printed beach windbreak shields people from wind and blowing sand while carrying your message all summer – at the beach, festivals, company summer days or camps. The long, low panel holds a big design that can be seen from afar. If you are looking for summer corporate gifts for clients or staff, a branded windbreak is a practical present that gets used year after year.

Two lengths and two fabric weights

The windbreak comes in two standard lengths: 70×300 cm with four poles and 70×400 cm with five poles. The fabric is 70 cm high, and with the poles pushed into the sand the windbreak stands about 100 cm tall. Choose lighter 115 g polyester, which is more affordable and packs smaller, or heavier 200 g polyester that copes better with frequent use and stronger wind.

What is included

The price includes the printed fabric with 22 mm beechwood poles attached, so the windbreak is ready to push into the sand straight away. A carry and storage bag can be added as an option listed below the table. The price table shows quantity prices from a single piece up to large runs, so the same product suits one beach bar as well as a big client campaign.

Printing, design and ordering

The fabric is UV-resistant and printed in full colour to your design, so the colours last longer in the sun. The long surface works for a logo, illustration, pattern or several panels that tell a story. Before production you receive a digital proof to approve, and a Logo.ee designer can help adapt your artwork to the length. Lead time is confirmed in the quote.

Frequently asked questions

Are the poles included? Yes. The price includes the printed fabric with beechwood poles – 4 poles for the 3 m and 5 poles for the 4 m windbreak.

Which fabric should I choose? 115 g polyester is lighter and more affordable; 200 g polyester is sturdier and lasts better with frequent use and strong wind.

How tall is the windbreak? The fabric is 70 cm high; with the poles in the ground the windbreak is about 100 cm tall.

Is a bag included? The bag is not included in the base price; it can be ordered as an option shown below the table.

Will the print fade in the sun? The fabric is UV-resistant, so colours stay bright in the sun longer than on standard fabric.

Can I order just one? Yes, the price table starts from 1 piece. Larger quantities bring the unit price down.

Frequently asked questions

What products are included in custom clothing and branded textiles?
The range includes T-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, fleece, vests, softshells, jackets, sportswear, workwear, shirts, headwear, aprons, towels, blankets and other textiles. Fabric, fit, sizes and branding area vary by product.
How should we choose clothing for staff, an event or a gift?
For daily work, prioritise fit, movement and care; for events, consistent colours and visible branding; for gifts, comfort and relevance to the recipient. Check job-specific requirements separately because promotional clothing is not automatically certified protective wear.
Should we use embroidery, screen printing, DTF or transfer printing?
Embroidery often suits structured garments and a compact logo, screen printing can suit larger quantities and limited-colour artwork, while DTF or transfer can suit detailed multicolour designs. The fabric, artwork, print area, quantity and care requirements determine the method.
Which logo file is needed for textile branding?
A vector AI, EPS, PDF or SVG file with confirmed colours usually gives the best starting point. Raster artwork must have sufficient resolution and a suitable background; embroidery also requires a product-specific stitch file.
How do we choose the right sizes, fits and colours?
Use the size chart for the exact garment because sizing varies between brands. Combine men's, women's and unisex fits when appropriate, and confirm colours from a sample or product reference while allowing for possible batch variation.
Can garments carry employee names or different logos?
Individual names, departments or artwork variants are possible on many items, but the method, position and surcharge are product- and quantity-specific. The personalisation list must be checked and approved before production.
What are the minimum order quantity and price?
MOQ and price depend on the garment, colour, size split, stock, branding technique, artwork size, number of positions and packaging. For an accurate quote, provide the use case, quantity, sizes, artwork, budget, destination and deadline.
How long do branded garments take to produce and deliver?
Lead time depends on stock, size availability, branding method, quantity, proof approval and destination. For a fixed event, allow separate time for sourcing, proofing, production, quality control and transport.
Can we approve a sample or digital proof before production?
A digital artwork proof showing position and approximate size is approved before production. Physical garment or decorated sample availability, cost and lead time are product-specific, and a stock sample may not include the final branding.
How should branded clothing be washed and cared for?
Follow both the garment care label and the branding care guidance supplied with the order. Temperature, tumble drying, ironing and dry cleaning limits vary by fabric and by printing or embroidery technique.
How can organic, recycled or textile-safety claims be verified?
Check the material specification and certificate for the selected product, and request supplier evidence when needed. GOTS, OEKO-TEX, organic or recycled-content claims should only be used when documented for that product and supply chain.
