Ground marker 140 cm fibreglass pole with plastic screw-in anchor

A ground marker flag is a light, quick-to-install way to mark an event area, parking spaces, a race route, an entrance or a meeting point on grass. The set consists of a 40 × 30 cm flag and a 140 cm fibreglass pole fixed in the ground with a wooden peg or a hand-screwed plastic anchor. If, alongside promotional products, you need outdoor markers in the same design, these flags help guests find their way and keep your brand visible across the whole site.

Two ways to fix the pole

The 140 cm fibreglass pole is light and flexible, so it copes with wind and does not break easily. For softer ground there is a version with a 28 mm beech stake with a pre-drilled hole – the stake is driven into the ground and the pole inserted into the hole. The alternative is a plastic screw-in anchor that is screwed into the ground by hand, without tools; a wooden peg can also be attached to the anchor if needed. You can choose the solution to suit the ground and how often the markers are moved.

Flag with tunnel and clip

The 40 × 30 cm flag is made of polyester fabric (115 g/m²). It has a tunnel for sliding it onto the pole and a clip that holds it in place. The small format suits a logo, a number, an arrow or a short text – for example “Parking”, “Start” or a section label. Flags and poles are separate items in the price table, so you can order exactly the number of flags and the type of pole you need, and later add new designs for the same poles.

Design and ordering

Your design is printed on the flag; the printing method and lead time are confirmed in the quote. Before production we send a digital proof for approval and can help prepare the artwork so that the logo and text are readable from a distance. The price table shows quantity prices.

Frequently asked questions

What is a custom-made promotional product?
A custom-made promotional product is manufactured or adapted to a brand-specific brief. Depending on feasibility, the shape, dimensions, material, colour, components, packaging and branding position may all be specified.
How is bespoke production different from adding a logo to a stock item?
A stock item already exists and receives a suitable print, engraving or other decoration. Bespoke production changes the item itself, so it normally involves more development, a different minimum quantity and a longer planning cycle.
What should a brief for a custom product include?
Include the product idea or reference, intended use, audience, quantity, budget, delivery date, dimensions, preferred materials and colours, plus the logo files and relevant brand guidelines. A complete brief reduces avoidable revisions.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom-made products?
The minimum quantity varies with the product, material, production process, tooling and factory. For a small run, adapting an existing product may be more practical than commissioning a fully bespoke manufacture.
How is the price of a bespoke promotional item calculated?
Cost can include product engineering, materials, sampling, moulds or tooling, production setup, branding, packaging, quantity, inspection and freight. A reliable quotation follows agreement on the technical specification.
Can I approve a sample or prototype before production?
Often yes: the approval step may be a digital visual, a pre-production sample or a functional prototype. Availability, cost and timing depend on the project, and the agreed sample should be approved before the full run.
Which parts of a custom product can be personalised?
Options may include the shape, size, Pantone colour, material, fittings, labels, packaging and logo treatment. Not every combination is technically or commercially workable at every order quantity.
How long does custom promotional product production take?
Lead time covers design checks, sampling, approval, manufacturing and transport. There is no single standard duration, so share the fixed event or delivery date at the start of the enquiry.
Which artwork files are required for custom production?
Vector artwork such as PDF, AI or EPS is normally preferred, together with colour references and brand rules. The chosen process determines the final file requirements, and a layout proof should be approved before production.
How are safety and compliance checked for bespoke products?
Requirements depend on the product type, material and intended use. Agree the necessary tests and documentation in the brief; the EU guidance on CE marking also clarifies that CE marking is mandatory only for product groups covered by specific EU rules.
