Pleated fan bunting 130×65 cm

Pleated fan bunting is a half-round decoration with folds, measuring 130 × 65 cm, hung on balcony railings, facades, stage edges or hall walls. Several fans side by side form a continuous band of colour that can be seen from afar. Use them for national holidays and anniversaries in national colours, or at company events in your brand colours – together with other branded merchandise they give the whole occasion a consistent look.

Where fan bunting works

Fan bunting suits both indoor and outdoor events: town hall or office facades, balconies, stages, lecterns, altars, banquet hall walls and the edges of exhibition stands. The half-round shape and even pleats make the decoration look festive even when the design is simple – for example two or three colour stripes. A motif repeated across a large surface visually links the building to the event or campaign and makes a great backdrop for photos and video.

Material and safety

The bunting is made from high-quality polyester satin, which gives the fabric a light sheen and deep colours. It is printed by heat transfer, so the colours are even across the whole surface. The material holds a B1 fire-resistance certificate, which matters indoors and at busy public events where organisers may be asked to show compliance with fire safety rules.

Design, printing and ordering

The fans can be ordered in national colours, company colours or with a logo – the design is prepared to your brief and we send a digital proof for approval before production. We can help choose colours and layout so the fans look consistent in a long row. The price table shows unit prices by quantity (up to 100 pcs); lead time is confirmed in the quote.

Frequently asked questions

What is a custom-made promotional product?
A custom-made promotional product is manufactured or adapted to a brand-specific brief. Depending on feasibility, the shape, dimensions, material, colour, components, packaging and branding position may all be specified.
How is bespoke production different from adding a logo to a stock item?
A stock item already exists and receives a suitable print, engraving or other decoration. Bespoke production changes the item itself, so it normally involves more development, a different minimum quantity and a longer planning cycle.
What should a brief for a custom product include?
Include the product idea or reference, intended use, audience, quantity, budget, delivery date, dimensions, preferred materials and colours, plus the logo files and relevant brand guidelines. A complete brief reduces avoidable revisions.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom-made products?
The minimum quantity varies with the product, material, production process, tooling and factory. For a small run, adapting an existing product may be more practical than commissioning a fully bespoke manufacture.
How is the price of a bespoke promotional item calculated?
Cost can include product engineering, materials, sampling, moulds or tooling, production setup, branding, packaging, quantity, inspection and freight. A reliable quotation follows agreement on the technical specification.
Can I approve a sample or prototype before production?
Often yes: the approval step may be a digital visual, a pre-production sample or a functional prototype. Availability, cost and timing depend on the project, and the agreed sample should be approved before the full run.
Which parts of a custom product can be personalised?
Options may include the shape, size, Pantone colour, material, fittings, labels, packaging and logo treatment. Not every combination is technically or commercially workable at every order quantity.
How long does custom promotional product production take?
Lead time covers design checks, sampling, approval, manufacturing and transport. There is no single standard duration, so share the fixed event or delivery date at the start of the enquiry.
Which artwork files are required for custom production?
Vector artwork such as PDF, AI or EPS is normally preferred, together with colour references and brand rules. The chosen process determines the final file requirements, and a layout proof should be approved before production.
How are safety and compliance checked for bespoke products?
Requirements depend on the product type, material and intended use. Agree the necessary tests and documentation in the brief; the EU guidance on CE marking also clarifies that CE marking is mandatory only for product groups covered by specific EU rules.
