A pop-up fabric wall is a lightweight collapsible system that gives your exhibition stand, press wall or stage a large, seamless backdrop. The frame opens like an accordion, locks with arms and the printed fabric is already in place. It pairs well with the corporate gifts and promotional materials you hand out at your stand, creating a complete branded space.

Fast set-up and easy transport

The fabric attaches to the frame with velcro and stays in place when the frame is collapsed – no need to refit the graphic next time. The frame locks with yellow locking arms and every size comes with a wheeled carry bag, so one person can move the wall and load it into a car. Weight ranges from 10 to 25 kg depending on size. Optional spotlights are available to complete the look (price on request).

Four straight sizes

All walls are 2260 mm high and 295 mm deep. Widths are 1525 mm (3×2, 10 kg), 2260 mm (3×3, 13 kg), 2995 mm (3×4, 18 kg) and 3730 mm (3×5, 25 kg). The smaller wall fits a compact stand or sits behind a reception desk, while the largest covers a whole back wall and makes a great press backdrop. Frame and printed fabric are separate products in the shop: choose a frame plus matching print, or order a new design for a frame you already own.

Print, artwork and ordering

The design is printed single-sided on matt polyester fabric 200 g/m², which avoids glare from spotlights and camera flash. Send your logo and materials – Logo.ee will help place the design so key messages sit at eye level, and you approve a digital proof before production. The lead time is confirmed in the quote.
