Exhibition and display stands

Exhibition and display stands with logo – roll-ups, walls and lightboxes
In short: Exhibition and display stands are portable printed solutions for a trade show booth, conference, shop or lobby: roll-up banners, pop-up and tension fabric display walls, LED lightboxes, hanging exhibit signs, pop-up A-frame signs, promo counters and printed tablecloths. Logo.ee prints the graphics to your design and sends a digital proof before production. Most stands assemble without tools and travel in a carry bag.
A good exhibition stand makes your booth recognisable from across the hall and gives your sales team a professional backdrop. Alongside corporate gifts, Logo.ee supplies display stands with graphics printed in full colour to your logo and design, suitable for trade shows, conferences, shops and office lobbies.
Types of display stands
A roll-up banner is the quickest and most affordable option: the graphic rolls into a cassette and the kit fits in a carry bag. Widths are typically 80–200 cm with a height of 200 cm, and a mini roll-up suits a desk. A pop-up display wall opens as a scissor frame and the fabric can stay attached, while tension fabric walls on aluminium frames come straight or curved, up to almost 6 metres wide. LED lightboxes use fabric graphics with a silicone edge that can be swapped later. The range also includes pop-up A-frame signs and towers for outdoor use, hanging exhibit signs, promo counters, printed tablecloths, indoor flag stands and security gate covers.
How to choose a display stand
- Booth size: measure the back wall width and height and allow for open corners.
- Set-up and transport: if one person sets up, choose a roll-up or a pop-up wall with a bag.
- Lighting: a lightbox stands out better in a dim exhibition hall.
- Print: single- or double-sided; a free-standing wall usually needs double-sided.
- Kit: on some products the price covers only the frame or only the print, and the other part is chosen separately.
Artwork, proof and ordering
Graphics are printed to your artwork and we send a proof with safe zones before production. Logo.ee can help with the design – see our branding services. Large backdrops are in banners and large format printing, booth furniture under branded furniture, and sandbags and spare parts under flag and display accessories. The full range sits under advertising flags and event displays and on the products page, with bespoke builds under custom products. See our portfolio and trade show tips on the blog. Lead time is confirmed in the quote – request a quote.
Background: trade shows, print and fire safety
For an overview of exhibitions and how they work, see the Wikipedia article on trade shows. Fabric graphics are usually printed with dye-sublimation, which keeps the fabric soft and crease-resistant. Organisers often ask for a fire class; many display fabrics refer to class B1 under DIN 4102-1. These links are background only and do not mean every product holds such a certificate.

What is the difference between a roll-up banner and a pop-up display wall?
A roll-up is a single stand about 1 m wide whose graphic rolls into a cassette. A pop-up display wall is a larger folding frame with attached fabric that forms the whole back wall of a booth.
How quickly can a display stand be set up?
A roll-up is up in a few minutes without tools. Pop-up and tension fabric walls are also tool-free, though a second person helps with larger walls.
Can I order a single roll-up banner?
Yes, roll-ups and most other stands can be ordered from one piece. Quantity and lead time are confirmed in the quote.
Is a display wall printed single- or double-sided?
Both are possible. A stand placed against a wall only needs single-sided print, while free-standing walls and lightboxes often use double-sided graphics.
Can the graphics be changed later?
Yes, on fabric walls and lightboxes the printed fabric can be replaced and the frame reused. For a roll-up it is usually simpler to order a new kit.
Are the frame and bag included in the price?
Roll-up prices usually include the print, cassette and carry bag. Some display walls are priced as the frame only, with the printed fabric ordered separately – the quote always lists the kit.
How is the display design approved?
We send a proof showing the final dimensions and the areas hidden behind the frame or cassette. Production starts after your approval.
Is the display fabric fire-retardant?
Many display fabrics are flame-retardant and marked as class B1. If the organiser requires a certificate, ask for it for the specific product in the quote.
