Water base 13 l for flag gate

The flag gate is an arch-shaped fabric gate that draws attention right at the start of an event. It works as an entrance, a start or finish line and a photo spot at runs, cycling events, fairs and company days. If you are looking for something alongside your promotional products that is lighter and quicker to set up than an inflatable arch, a flag gate is a great choice.

Construction and materials

The arch is formed by a flexible fiberglass pole with steel tips. The flag is digitally printed on polyester 110 g/m² and has a sleeve sewn from black strap for the pole, giving the arch a crisp outline. The gate is wind resistant up to 30 km/h. Both ends sit in 13-litre water bases – one gate needs two bases, which are filled with water on site and are light to transport when empty.

Sizes and building your set

The flag gate comes in two sizes: 300×240 cm and 430×280 cm. Pole, flag and water base are separate products, each with its own row in the price table. For one gate, order one pole, one flag and two water bases. That way you can use several flags with one pole – for example separate start and finish designs or a sponsor flag you swap between events – and later reorder just a new flag.

Printing, design and ordering

The flag is printed in full-colour digital print to your artwork, and you approve a digital proof before production. Logo.ee helps with the design – the top of the arch is the ideal place for a message such as “Welcome”, “Start” or “Finish”, while the sides suit a logo or pattern. The price table shows quantity prices for both poles and flags. Delivery time is confirmed in the quote.

Frequently asked questions

What is a custom-made promotional product?
A custom-made promotional product is manufactured or adapted to a brand-specific brief. Depending on feasibility, the shape, dimensions, material, colour, components, packaging and branding position may all be specified.
How is bespoke production different from adding a logo to a stock item?
A stock item already exists and receives a suitable print, engraving or other decoration. Bespoke production changes the item itself, so it normally involves more development, a different minimum quantity and a longer planning cycle.
What should a brief for a custom product include?
Include the product idea or reference, intended use, audience, quantity, budget, delivery date, dimensions, preferred materials and colours, plus the logo files and relevant brand guidelines. A complete brief reduces avoidable revisions.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom-made products?
The minimum quantity varies with the product, material, production process, tooling and factory. For a small run, adapting an existing product may be more practical than commissioning a fully bespoke manufacture.
How is the price of a bespoke promotional item calculated?
Cost can include product engineering, materials, sampling, moulds or tooling, production setup, branding, packaging, quantity, inspection and freight. A reliable quotation follows agreement on the technical specification.
Can I approve a sample or prototype before production?
Often yes: the approval step may be a digital visual, a pre-production sample or a functional prototype. Availability, cost and timing depend on the project, and the agreed sample should be approved before the full run.
Which parts of a custom product can be personalised?
Options may include the shape, size, Pantone colour, material, fittings, labels, packaging and logo treatment. Not every combination is technically or commercially workable at every order quantity.
How long does custom promotional product production take?
Lead time covers design checks, sampling, approval, manufacturing and transport. There is no single standard duration, so share the fixed event or delivery date at the start of the enquiry.
Which artwork files are required for custom production?
Vector artwork such as PDF, AI or EPS is normally preferred, together with colour references and brand rules. The chosen process determines the final file requirements, and a layout proof should be approved before production.
How are safety and compliance checked for bespoke products?
Requirements depend on the product type, material and intended use. Agree the necessary tests and documentation in the brief; the EU guidance on CE marking also clarifies that CE marking is mandatory only for product groups covered by specific EU rules.
